- Full payment will be advance on first day of class, if not submitted then no class will be provided.

- After the yoga session, if your body faces any problem, then it will be your responsibility, the responsibility of the trainer will remain till the yoga session only.
- If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.
- I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
- Renew your month before ending the month of date by making payment.
- If you have recently had an operation, then you can do only subtle exercises and Pranayama.
